Shrimp Cakes with Chili Lime Sauce a la Daniel James

Shrimp Cakes are delicious. They are cheaper to make than crab cakes, and the chili lime sauce with these is fantastic! I made this for my mom and Grandma Gloria once and they both loved them, so I kept making them. I think I was 13 the first time I made this recipe and I had to ask my parents to buy Vermouth. Now I can buy it myself! My mom definitely loved real crab cakes BEST, but these are also fun and cheap to make (the large bag of uncooked shrimp at Costco comes peeled and deveined which makes it so simple).
