Salsa a la Tesarik and Shrimp Quesadilla

I love my mom's handwriting ❤️. She loved this recipe for salsa from her friends the Tesariks. It pairs great with a quesadilla! The shrimp quesadilla recipe was on the back of the salsa recipe my mom wrote. This reminds me of her standing in the kitchen and hand chopping everything and tasting with tortilla chips as she goes, as well as summer trips to Big Lake with the Tesariks. Yummo!
