Nanaimo Bar

My mom loved Nanaimo bars! In fact no trip to Canada was complete until we had found a bakery selling Nanaimo bars and bought a bunch for our ride home. If we didn't feel like going to Canada for our Nanaimo bar fix we made these! This is the closest to the classic recipe I've ever seen. You need to order the custard powder online if you can't find it in a grocery store (I couldn't) (Amazon has it here).
