Lobster & Crab Dumplings
My mom always went to the "Cooking with Class" event at Salty's to support the Pike Place Market Foundation which helps seniors with low-income housing. This event included cooking "classes" where one rotates through three "classes" during the evening and learns 3 new dishes from excellent local chefs! This recipe is from one of the events and my mom loved this dish! If you don't want to splurge on lobster or crab, they are almost as good with just plain shrimp! Definitely find Chinese black vinegar because it has such a rich and wonderful flavor more than a lighter rice vinegar.
