La Cocina Que Canta 1

Rancho La Puerta was one of my mom's favorite places. It is a beautiful place in the dessert just south of the US/Mexican border with amazing hikes, pools, exercise classes, and food. We loved to go to the cooking class at Rancho La Puerta called La Cocina Que Canta. This is one of the menus from one of the classes my mom and dad went to. The recipes are really delicious and mostly healthy!
