Green Bean Salad with Asian Style Dressing
My mom really loved green beans! But they had to be cooked right! Cooked too long and they are sad and mushy, cooked just right (blanching is the easiest method) they are bright green, snappy tender and so delicious. My mom had 2 favorite recipes for green beans, this asian style recipe, and Ina Garten's green beans gremolata (will post that as well). This is excellent and pairs really nicely with an asian style salmon.
