Glazed Carrots 2 Ways

Carrots are good. Roasted and glazed carrots are great! My mom made these for me and I loved them- I then learned how to make them and found them to be so delicious. We have made them both ways and they are both great! I like the Asian style a little better. If you make these and get a Costco rotisserie chicken, starch of choice, and you've got dinner.
