Curried Chicken Salad a la Gabrielle

This was one of my mom's favorite recipes! She hosted very elegant, delicious, and lively tea parties where she served a number of wonderful savory and sweet treats to accompany good tea. She would usually always make this curried chicken salad and serve it on small croissants or in hollowed out pâte-àu-choux pastry puffs. It is very delicious and excellent for a tea party! The raisins can be switched with any small dried fruit you like.
