Crème Caramel
One of my favorite desserts! Basically a creamy custard with caramel on the bottom that you invert (similar to flan). This is delicious!! If you see crystals starting to form when you make the caramel brush the sides of the pan with water to dissolve them. Once the crystals start going they will rapidly take over your caramel and won't reach silky caramel goodness.
