Coconut Lime Shrimp w/ Peanut Sauce

These flavors are wonderful together! Shrimp are wonderfully fast to prepare and they lend themselves well to many flavor combinations. I am a sucker for peanut sauce with anything... and these shrimp are an excellent vehicle for consuming peanut sauce!
