Chinese Vegetable Dumplings with Plum or Peanut Sauce


My mom loved food and how it brought people together. One of the organizations she supported was the Community Kitchen at SPU which serves individuals in need of affordable food and meal planning. We went to several events here and my mom loved to support this organization and many other food non-profit organizations. This recipe was from one of the events we went to at the Community Kitchen, and my mom loved them! They are fun to make (ours are never as pretty as a dumpling from a restaurant), and so tasty! Pairs with plum or peanut sauce really nicely, or just soy sauce mixed with a little black vinegar and ginger.
