Chicken New Orleans a la Gloria

This dish was typed by my Grandma Gloria. I am not sure where it originated from... and I have yet to make it... but it sounds very interesting and delicious! Whenever I am around Queen Anne, I think of my mom who grew up there on Prospect St. She was very adventurous and as a child would bike from her house all around the city, even off to West Seattle. She usually used her allowance to buy freshly baked doughnuts and/or candy. ❤️
