Cheese Fondue for a Spring Skiing Weekend
I love the idea of searching for a recipe for a "spring skiing weekend"- thanks Gourmet from 1988! My mom really loved cheese! And what is not to like about a large part of warm melty cheese? I think I came across 5+ recipes for cheese fondue among my mom's recipe collection. This one is very good, although instead of Madeira we usually use Kirsch (cherry brandy).
