Cannelloni a la Gloria


This is my grandma Gloria's personal recipe for making cannelloni. A great special occasion dish, because it is somewhat time intensive. I remember my parents would make this for special date nights on occasion and when I young and I never appreciated it until I got older and tased it... The tender crepes, savory filling, luscious sauce, all combines to make a very indulgent food memory. I would pair this with an Argentinian Malbec.
