Caesar Salad Dressing 5 Ways

I think if my mom could only pick one salad to have over and over it would be a really good caesar salad. The flavors in the dressing of a homemade caesar dressing are so much stronger and purer than a store-bought dressing and not at all difficult to prepare. My mom liked hers with extra lemon drizzled on at the end. She loved this salad so much she seemed to collect variations of the dressing! Four are given here lol.
