Blender Bernaise

Hollandaise and Bernaise sauce can be intimidating to whisk by hand over a hot water bath, however it is quite simple and almost foolproof in the blender. This is my mom's recipe for hollandaise, a luscious sauce that enhances anyone's mood. The Tarragon additions make it into a Bernaise. Yummo!
