This was one of my mom's favorite ways to have salmon! It is a fairly simple marinade, with Asian-style flavors, and really highlights the salmon well. It is great barbecued or baked in the oven. My mom got this recipe from a friend (I think Mary Ann?), and made it tons of times. It goes great with the asian-style coleslaw recipe my mom loved (also on this site). My mom's edits are in blue- if you use a darker roasted sesame oil you don't need as much b/c it has a much richer sesame flavor.
